Stir Fried Singapore Noodles

6 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Cloves Garlic (Chopped finely)
1 stalk of Shallots or Spring Onions (3cm long)
75g Hakka Chinese BBQ Pork (thinly sliced)
75g Hakka Fish Pieces (thinly sliced)
200g Cabbage (Shredded)
500g Hakka Steamed Singapore Noodles (Fresh)
Prepare the noodles
Place entire packet in microwave. Heat on full power for 1-1½ mins (500g) or 1½ - 2 mins (1kg). (Microwave ovens may vary; adjust timing accordingly). Empty noodles into a bowl and seperate with a fork. Noodles are now ready for use.
1. Heat 3 Tbsp of oil in a wok over high heat. Fry garlic till lightly brown then add cabbage, pork, fish pieces and stir fry for 2 minutes or until vegetables are cooked. Remove ingredients and set aside.
