Stir Fried Singapore Noodles

Ingredients6 Tbsp Vegetable Oil |
1 Cloves Garlic (Chopped finely) 1 stalk of Shallots or Spring Onions (3cm long) 75g Hakka Chinese BBQ Pork (thinly sliced) 75g Hakka Fish Pieces (thinly sliced) 200g Cabbage (Shredded) 500g Hakka Steamed Singapore Noodles (Fresh) |

Prepare the noodlesPlace entire packet in microwave. Heat on full power for 1-1½ mins (500g) or 1½ - 2 mins (1kg). (Microwave ovens may vary; adjust timing accordingly). Empty noodles into a bowl and seperate with a fork. Noodles are now ready for use. Method
1. Heat 3 Tbsp of oil in a wok over high heat. Fry garlic till lightly brown then add cabbage, pork, fish pieces and stir fry for 2 minutes or until vegetables are cooked. Remove ingredients and set aside.
