Cooking Instructions
Hakka Fish Pieces are fully cooked products. ln order to retain flavour and texture, DO NOT subject the product to boiling with high heat.
1. Simmer: lntroduce sliced Hakka Fish Pieces into a pot of boiling water and turn the heat to low. Simmer for 1-2 minutes or until products float. Drain water and serve hot.
2. Stir fry: Heat 2 tbs of oil in a wok. Add sliced Hakka Fish Pieces to the wok with your desired sauce, vegetables and accompanying ingredients and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat (or until ready). Serve hot.
3. Microwave (900W): Place sliced Hakka Fish Pieces in a bowl of water and heat for 1 - 2 minutes on high or until hot. Drain water and serve.
