Terms & Conditions

2.The competition is only open to residents of Metro Sydney, Australia, within the period 06/07/2022 - 26/07/2022 at 11:59 pm AEST.
3. To be eligible, you must participate in the Hakka Guess to Win Dumpling competition via the SydneyToday app or website. Limited to 1 guess per Sydney Today User.
4. There will be 109 winners (total prize pool is valued at up to $2000)
a) 1 x First Prize winner: 156 packs of any flavoured dumplings from the entire Hakka dumpling range.
b) 8 x Second Prize winner: 3 packs of dumplings from the Hakka Culinary Art range (one pack for each flavour).
c) 100 x Third Prize winner: 1 pack of dumplings from the Hakka Culinary Art range (any flavour).
5. Winners will be chosen on 29/07/2022 (at 2 pm, at Hakka Pty Ltd, 18 Millennium Court, Silverwater NSW 2128) from a random draw of entries received under these Terms and Conditions. The promoter will ensure that all entries have an equal chance of winning.
6. The winners will be notified via SydneyToday within 5 business days of the draw with details on how to claim their prize. Their user names will also be published on 17/08/2022 on SydneyToday and Hakka’s official Wechat account (ID HakkaFoodsAU).
7. If the winner didn't contact SydneyToday or Hakka within 3 months from the draw date, prizes will be forfeited. The first prize winner must claim the 156 packs of dumplings within one year from the draw date.
8. Hakka takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the SydneyToday or Hakka.
9. It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated, and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.,
10. The competition is not open to trade customers, employees or contractors of Hakka Foods, or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the promotion or their direct family members.
11. Hakka reserves the right of final decision on interpreting these Terms and Conditions.

4. 本次抽奖将产生109名获奖者（总价值$2000））。
一等奖1名。奖品为156袋水饺，可为客家水饺系列中的任何口味。
二等奖8名。新厨艺系列下3袋水饺（每种口味各一袋）。
三等奖100名。新厨艺系列下1袋水饺（任何口味）。
5. 获奖者名单将于2022年7月29日下午两点钟在Hakka Pty Ltd, 18 Millennium Court, Silverwater NSW 2128根据条款和条件，在收到的参与者中随机抽出获奖者。活动组织者将保证每个参赛者都获得公平的抽奖机会。
6. SydneyToday将在五个工作日内在平台通知获奖者及领取奖品的方式。获奖者名单也将于8月17日在客家的微信公众号平台HakkafoodsAu和SydneyToday上公布。
7. 如果获奖者没有在三个月内联系领取奖品，奖品将会被取消。一等奖获得者必须在中奖后一年内领取完156袋饺子。
8. 如果获奖者没有提供正确联系方式而无法领取奖品，客家不会为此负责。如果获奖者联系方式中间有变化，需要及时通知今日悉尼或者客家。
9. 获奖者必须按照奖品提供者要求的条款和方式领取奖品，每份奖品必须按条款领取，如果获奖者无法按照规定方式领取奖品，奖品不会以任何别的形式付给获奖者。
10.本次活动仅限消费者参加，所有客家员工，零售商客户及任何与客家公司和本次活动直接或间接的相关人员及其眷属不得参加。
11. 客家保留本次活动最终解释权。
