Cooking Instructions
Steam in tray: Steam over boiling water for 8-10 minutes from frozen.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 170°C. Deep fry from frozen for 2 minutes on each side or until hot and golden brown. Drain oil and serve.
Air Fry: Coat mantou evenly with oil. Air fry from frozen for 3-5 minutes at 170-180°C or until golden brown.
