Cooking Instructions

Hakka Cheese Fish Tofu are fully cooked products.
ln order to retain flavour and texture, DO NOT subject the product to boiling with high heat.

1. BOIL: Introduce defrosted Cheese Fish Tofu into a pot of boiling water and turn the heat to low. Simmer for approximately 3 minutes until products float. lf heating from frozen, simmer for approximately 5 minutes. Drain water and serve hot.

2. MICROWAVE (900W): Place defrosted Cheese Fish Tofu in a bowl of water and heat for approximately 1½ minutes on high or until hot. lf heating from frozen, microwave for 2-2½ minutes.

3. STIR FRY: Heat 2 tbs of oil in a wok. Add defrosted Cheese Fish Tofu to the wok with your desired sauce, vegetables and accompanying ingredients and stir fry for 3-5 minutes on medium heat (or until ready). Serve hot.

4. DEEP FRY: Pre-heat oil to 170 - 180ºC. Deep fry frozen Cheese Fish Tofu for 2-3 minutes until hot and golden brown. Drain oil and serve.
