Cooking Instructions

1. Grill: Preheat grill on high heat. Cook Teriyaki Chicken for approximately 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally.

2. Pan Fry: Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. Cook Teriyaki Chicken for approximately 4-6
minutes, turning occasionally. 

3. Fan Forced Oven: Preheat oven to 160-170°C. Place Teriyaki Chicken evenly on an oven tray and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes. Turn half way through cooking.

4. Microwave (900W): 
Place Teriyaki chicken on a microwave safe plate or container. Cook on high for approximately 1½ minutes (defrosted) or 2½ minutes (frozen) per 100g.
