Using 100% Australian pork meat with unique Taiwanese flavours, these royal pork balls are a healthy lean product that's perfect for a variety of dishes including soups, noodles and stir fries. Also available in an 800g bulk pack.

Cooking Instructions
Hakka Royal Pork Balls are fully cooked products. ln order to retain flavour and texture, DO NOT subject the product to boiling with high heat.
1. BOIL: Introduce Pork Balls into a pot of boiling water & turn the heat to low. Simmer for approximately 3 minutes until products float. lf heating from frozen, simmer for approximately 5 minutes. Drain water & serve hot.
2. MICROWAVE (900W): Place Pork Balls in a bowl of water & heat for approximately 1½ minutes on high or until hot. lf heating from frozen, microwave for 2-2½ minutes.
3. STIR FRY: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok. Add defrosted Pork Balls to the wok with your desired sauce, vegetables & accompanying ingredients & stir fry for 3-5 minutes on medium heat (or until ready). Serve hot.
