Cooking Instructions

Conventional Oven
Thaw in chiller. Pre-heat oven to 200ºC. With lid on, place tray into oven and heat for 50-60 minutes or until hot. Be careful not to overheat product. 

Combi Oven
Pre-heat oven to 120°C, 100% steam. From frozen with lid on, place tray into oven and heat for 40 minutes or until hot.

Microwave
Thaw in a chiller. Place on a microwaveable plate or container then heat on high power (900W) for 10-12 minutes. Leave product to cool for 1-2 minutes then stir thoroughly. Heat for a further 5-6 minutes or until hot. 

Stir Fry
Thaw in a chiller. Place in a wok or fry pan and stir fry till hot (As a guide this should take 10-15 minutes). Results may vary according to appliance used and portion sizes. Please adjust cooking time/s and temperature/s if necessary.
