Ingredients

Pumpkin (42%), Glutinous Rice Flour, Sugar, White Sesame Seeds,  Tapioca Maltodextrin, Wheat Flour, Baking Powder (E500ii, E450iii, Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, E341i), Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Emulsifier (E471).

Cooking Instructions

Electric Deep Fryer
Heat oil to 155°C, fry frozen pumpkin balls for about 6 minutes or till golden brown.

Deep Fry on Gas Stove

1. Add oil into pot, ensure oil level is high enough to cover Pumpkin Balls. Heat oil for about 3-5 minutes.
2. Reduce heat to low, place 2-3 frozen Pumpkin Balls on the oil strainer and shake it in the oil for 10 seconds before frying.
3. Move the Pumpkin Ball gently with wooden chopsticks to prevent from browning on one side (stop moving when Pumpkin Ball floats)
4. Fry Pumpkin Ball for about 6 minutes or until golden brown.
