Vege Mushroom Pot Pies 

{Serves 1}

1 PC of PA Pratha
200g of canned button mushrooms, quartered
1 carrot, sliced into 25mm lengths. 
1 onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
2 Romaine leaves, coarsly chopped
Corn flour
Pinch of Salt



1. Preheat oven. Heat oil in a skillet and add the mushroom, onion, and carrot. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until the vegetables become tender. Stir occasionally. 
2. Add the milk, thyme, salt and pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes. 
3. Add in corn flour until the sauce thickened as desired.
4. Transfer the mixture into a ramekin and add in almonds. Lay PA Pratha on top and cut several vents in it. Bake for 20-35 minutes at 200ºC or until golden. Let rest for 15 minutes.
5. Top with some romaine leaves and serve.
