Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen.
Pan Fry: Pan fry on both side without cooking oil in a preheated non-stick pan for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 180ºC . Place products on a tray and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
