Cooking Instructions

For best results, defrost in refrigerator overnight.
Do not refreeze product. Use within 24 hours after defrosting.

Steam: Steam dim sims over rapidly boiling water for approximately 5-7 minutes if defrosted, or 8-10 minutes from frozen.

Microwave: Dip frozen dim sims into water before microwaving on high for approximately 45 seconds per dim sim.

Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 170-180°C and deep fry dim sims for approximately 3-4 minutes if defrosted, or 5-6 minutes from frozen.

Note: Cooking times and temperatures may vary according to appliance used and portion sizes.

Dim Sims cooked the Aussie way, over a perfect summer BBQ

1. Defrost Dim Sims in the refrigerator overnight.
2. Cut defrosted Dim Sims in half, lengthways.3. Pour over your favourite brand of sweet soy sauce, just enough to coat them all evenly. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hr.4. Pre-heat your BBQ or grill and cook on high heat for approximately 2-3 minutes or until hot. Turn occasionally to avoid burning but cook enough so the pastry becomes crunchy!5.
