lntroduce frozen products into a pot of boiling soup or water and boil for 4 minutes until products float.
Place products in a bowl of water and heat for 2 minutes on high or until hot. Drain water and serve.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok. Add frozen products to the wok with your desired sauce and accompanying ingredients and stir fry for 3-5 minutes (or until ready). Serve hot.
Deep fry - Heat oil and deep fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Arrange products on a plate or steamer base, then steam for 5 minutes over boiling water.

Add long fish cake to your favourite noodle soup or dinner soup by simmering for 2 minutes with the rest of your ingredients.
