Cooking Instructions
Hakka Fish Balls are fully cooked products. ln order to retain flavour and texture, DO NOT subject the product to boiling with high heat.
Simmer: lntroduce fish balls into a pot of boiling water and turn the heat to low. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until products float. lf heating from frozen, simmer for 5-6 minutes. Drain water and serve hot.
Stir fry: Heat 2 tbs of oil in a wok. Add fish balls to the wok with your desired sauce, vegetables and accompanying ingredients. Stir fry for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat (or until ready). Serve hot.
Microwave (900W): Place fish balls in a bowl of water and heat for 1-1½ minutes on high or until hot. lf heating from frozen, microwave for approx 2 minutes. Drain water and serve.
