Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 170-180ºC, then:
(a) Thawed: Deep fry for 4-8 minutes until golden brown. Drain oil and serve.
(b) Frozen: Flash fry Vegetable Dim Sims till pastry starts to brown, then leave aside for 10 minutes to allow internal defrosting. Deep fry for a further 3-5 minutes till golden brown. Drain oil and serve.
Steam: Submerge Vegetable Dim Sims in water for 5 seconds. Place Vegetable Dim Sims in a steamer and steam over boiling water until soft.
Thawed: 10-15 mins Frozen: 15-20 mins.
