Cooking Instructions
SHALLOW FRY: Shallow fry defrosted product in a pan for approximately 1-2 minutes, occasionally turning until golden in colour.
BOIL: Simmer in boiling water for approximately 5 minutes.
STEAM: Steam over boiling water for approximately 5 minutes.
STIR FRY: Stir fry until heated through with other ingredients such as vegetables, seafood or noodles.
