1. DEEP FRY: Pre-heat oil to 170-180ºC. Deep fry Hakka Thai Mini Curry Puffs for 3-5 minutes or until cooked and golden brown (longer for larger quantities). Drain oil and serve.
2. FLASH FRY THEN DEEP FRY: Pre heat oil to 170-180ºC. Flash fry Hakka Thai Mini Curry Puffs for approximately 1-2 minutes (longer for larger quantities) until pastry starts to brown, then leave aside for 10 minutes or more. When ready to serve, deep fry (re-fry) curry puffs at 170-180ºc for 2-3 minutes (or until cooked and golden brown). Drain oil and serve.
3. OVENBAKE: Pre heat oven to 160ºC and place product on an oven rack. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally (or until cooked and light brown). If the side of the puff starts to burn, turn the temperature down. Serve curry puffs hot.
