Cooking Instructions

A) MICROWAVE (900W): Pierce 1-2 holes in bag and place in microwave. Heat on full power for 1 - 1½ mins or until easy to separate. (Microwave ovens may vary; adjust timing accordingly). Noodles are now ready for use.

B) BLANCH: Open bag and submerge noodles in a bowl of boiling water. Slowly untangle the noodles with a fork or chopsticks until separated then remove from water and strain. Noodles are now ready for use.

Note: If not using immediately, (a) Run noodles under cold water or (b) lubricate well with vegetable oil to prevent sticking (recommended), before storing away for later use.
