These noodles create wonders in the wok, with a variety of applications including stir fries or vegetarian dishes such as salads.

1. LOOSEN IN BAG: Pierce 1-2 holes in bag to allow air to enter. Loosen noodles within bag by firmly squeezing the sides of the pack together in a clapping motion then turn pack side ways and repeat. Noodles are now ready for use.
2. MICROWAVE (900W): Pierce 1-2 holes in bag and place in microwave. Heat on full power for 1½ - 2 mins or until easy to separate. (Microwave ovens may vary; adjust timing accordingly). Noodles are now ready for use.
3. BLANCH: Open bag and submerge noodles in a bowl of boiling water. Slowly untangle the noodles with a fork or chopsticks until separated then remove from water and strain. Noodles are now ready for use.
Note: If not using immediately, (a) Run noodles under cold water or (b) lubricate well with vegetable oil to prevent sticking (recommended), before storing away for later use.
Stir Fries: Create your own stir fried noodles with your favourite meat and /or vegetables.
Noodle Soups: Perfect for laksa and other noodle soups.
Italian Style: Use noodles as a perfect pasta substitute.
