Cooking Instructions

Preparation
1. Thaw in bag for 30 minutes or until softened.
2. Remove from packet and cover with a clean damp cloth*.
3. Peel off pastry piece by piece as needed.

*To prevent spring roll pastry from drying out and hardening, it is essential to keep it covered with a clean, damp cloth when not in use.

Note: Use within 48 hrs of thawing or repack unused pastry into the freezer


Cooking Instructions
Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 170-180ºC. Deep fry product for 3-5 minutes or until cooked and golden brown.

Oven Bake: Pre-heat oven to 170-180ºC. Brush or spray product liberally with oil and place product on an oven tray. 
Bake in oven for 15-25 minutes (or until cooked and light brown).
