Cooking Instructions

1. Take out a packet of Hakka Spring Roll Pastry from the freezer compartment of your refrigerator and leave to thaw for 30 minutes.

2. Remove the pastry from the plastic packet. Cover the pastry with a clean piece of damp cloth to prevent it from drying and hardening. Peel off the pastry piece by piece as needed.

3. Add filling to sheets of spring roll pastry and roll into shape. Keep any unused pastry in the plastic packet, seal with tape and store in the freezer.

4. Pre-heat oil to 170-180°C. Deep fry spring rolls until cooked and golden brown (approx. 3-8 minutus depending on size).

Note: Use pastry as soon as it is thawed. For any unused pastry, immediately wrap, seal and  return to fridge to be used in the next 48 hrs, otherwise return to freezer for future use.
