Hakka's royal pork balls with mushroom are your beloved royal pork balls with a twist. Made from delicious cuts of Australian pork and mushrooms with a unique Taiwanese flavour, they are the perfect ingredient in soups and noodle dishes. Also available in a bulk 800g pack.

Hakka Royal Pork Balls with Mushroom are fully cooked products. ln order to retain flavour and texture, DO NOT subject the product to boiling with high heat.
1. BOIL: Introduce Pork Balls into a pot of boiling water and turn the heat to low. Simmer for approximately 3 minutes until products float. lf heating from frozen, simmer for approximately 5 minutes. Drain water and serve hot.
2. MICROWAVE (900W): Place Pork Balls in a bowl of water and heat for approximately 1½ minutes on high or until hot. lf heating from frozen, microwave for 2-2½ minutes.
3. STIR FRY: Heat 2 tbs of oil in a wok. Add defrosted Pork Balls to the wok with your desired sauce, vegetables and accompanying ingredients and stir fry for 3-5 minutes on medium heat (or until ready). Serve hot.
