Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen. Do not thaw as this can make the dough sticky. Immediately seal and return any unused Roti Paratha to the freezer for future use.

Pan Fry: Remove plastic layer from one side of the Roti Paratha and place uncovered side on a pre-heated pan. Remove the second piece of plastic and pan fry product for about 2½ minutes. Press down gently and tum over. Pan fry other side for about 2½ minutes, until both sides are golden brown. When both sides are ready, remove from the pan. Using both hands, pat product gently by the edges in a clapping motion to make it light and fluffy.

Oven Bake: Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic layers and place pieces of Roti Paratha on a non-stick baking tray. Bake for 8 minutes until golden brown.

Sandwich Press: Pre-heat non-stick sandwich press. Slice Roti Paratha to ideal size as required. Place roti on the sandwich press and close down for 2½ minutes or until both sides are golden brown.

Note: Cooking times and temperatures may vary according to appliance used and portion sizes.
