Cooking Instructions

Do not defrost before use. COOK FROM FROZEN.

Steam: Submerge Pork Shiu My in water for 5 seconds. Place Pork Shiu My in a steamer and steam over boiling water for up to 5-10 minutes until soft.

Flash Fry then Deep Fry: Pre heat oil to 170-180ºC. Flash fry Pork Shiu My for approximately 1-2 minutes until pastry starts to brown, then leave aside for 10 minutes or more. When ready to serve, deep fry (re-fry) Pork Shiu My at 170-180ºC for 1-2 minutes (or until cooked and golden brown). Drain oil and serve.

Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 170 - 180ºC. Deep fry Pork Shiu My for 2-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain oil and serve.
