Cooking Instructions
Steam in tray: Steam frozen mantou over rapidly boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 170°C and deep fry frozen mantou for approximately 2 mins on each side until hot and golden brown. Drain oil and serve.
