Cooking Instructions

Defrost desired amount of product in chiller before use (until thawed):

Pre-heat the BBQ to medium heat. Cook the satays on the BBQ for 5-10 minutes until meat is cooked through. Turn occasionally to ensure satays are cooked evenly. Serve hot.

Coat pan lightly with oil. Heat pan to medium temperature and pan fry satays for 5-10 minutes until meat is cooked through.Turn occasionally to ensure satays are cooked evenly. Serve hot.

Pre-heat the grill to medium heat. Grill the satays for 10-15 minutes until meat is cooked through. Turn occasionally to ensure satays are cooked evenly. Serve hot.

Make sure to spoon left over marinade over satays while cooking for that extra juiciness and flavour!
