Cooking Instructions

Note: This is a par-cooked product and requires further cooking before consumption.
For best results, cook from frozen.

Flash fry then deep fry:
Flash fry at 170-180°C for 3 minutes, then leave aside for 2 minutes. When ready to serve, deep fry (re-fry) product for another 2 minutes or until fully cooked.


Air Fry: Preheat airfryer to 170-180°C. Air fry for approximately 15 minutes or until fully cooked.

Oven Bake (Fan Forced): Preheat oven to 170-180°C. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked. Turn occasionally.

Note: Cooking times and temperatures may vary according to appliance used and portion sizes. 

Sauce to Wing ratio:

As a guide, the ratio of chicken to sauce should be 4:1
eg. use 1/4 of 1kg sauce pouch (250g) per 1kg of chicken.
