Cooking Instructions
SIMMER: lntroduce defrosted sliced Hakka Fish Pieces into a pot of boiling water and turn the heat to low. Simmer for 1-2 minutes or until products float. Drain water and serve hot.
MICROWAVE (900W): Place defrosted sliced Hakka Fish Pieces in a bowl of water and heat for 1 - 2 minutes on high or until hot. Drain water and serve.
STIR FRY: Heat 2 tbs of oil in a wok. Add defrosted sliced Hakka Fish Pieces to the wok with your desired sauce, vegetables and accompanying ingredients and stir fry for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat (or until ready). Serve hot.
