Cooking Instructions

Defrost Hakka Fish Paste in refrigerator overnight. Place paste in a large bowl and massage it with your hands until 'sticky'.

Product is ready for use:
a) Stuff paste in tofu, bitter melon, egg plant or chilli and pan fry until cooked.
b) Form paste into balls and place them in boiling water or soup to cook.
c) Form paste into patties and pan fry till cooked and golden brown.
d) Wrap in hydrated bean curd skin and pan fry till cooked.
