Cooking Instructions

Hakka Fish Balls are fully cooked products. ln order to retain flavour and texture, DO NOT subject the product to boiling with high heat.

1. Simmer: Place frozen fish balls into a pot of boiling water and turn the heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes until products float. Drain water and serve hot.

2. Stir Fry: Defrost fish ball and cut in half. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok, add fish ball with your favourite sauce and ingredients. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes on medium heat (or until ready). Serve hot.

3. Microwave (900W): Place frozen fish balls in a bowl of hot water and heat for approximately 3-4 minutes on high or until hot. Drain water and serve.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary according to appliance used and portion sizes.
