Cooking Instructions

Simmer
Introduce defrosted fish balls into a pot of boiling water and turn the heat to low. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until products float. If heating from frozen, simmer for 5-6 minutes. Drain water and serve hot. (NOTE: Do not overcook as this will ruin the texture and lose flavour)

Microwave (900W)
Place defrosted fish balls in a bowl of water and heat for 1-1½ minutes on high or until hot. lf heating from frozen, microwave for approximately 2 minutes. Drain water and serve.

Stir fry
Slice defrosted fish balls into halves. Heat 2 tbs of oil in a wok. Add fish balls to the wok with your desired sauce, vegetables and accompanying ingredients and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat (or until ready). Serve hot.

BBQ
Skewer fish balls and lightly bbq, turning occasionally until a golden brown.
