Cooking Instructions

Hakka Cuttlefish Balls are fully cooked products. ln order to retain flavour and texture, DO NOT subject the product to boiling with high heat.

*Defrosting then refreezing may affect the texture and quality.

1. BOIL: Boil for 7 minutes from frozen.

2. Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 170-180°C. Deep fry defrosted for 1-2 minutes

3. BBQ/Grill: Defrost and skewer Cuttlefish balls and BBQ/grill until hot.

4. Pan fry: Defrost and cut in half. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes with your favourite sauce and ingredients.
