Steam: Submerge Beef Dim Sims in water for 5 seconds. Place Beef Dim Sims in a steamer and steam over boiling water for up to 5-10 minutes until soft.
Flash Fry then Deep Fry: Pre heat oil to 170-180ºC. Flash fry Beef Dim Sims for approximately 1-2 minutes until pastry starts to brown, then leave aside for 10 minutes or more. When ready to serve, deep fry (re-fry) Beef Dim Sims at 170-180ºC for 1-2 minutes (or until cooked and golden brown). Drain oil and serve.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 170 - 180ºC. Deep fry Beef Dim Sims for 2-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain oil and serve.
