Hakka's Beef Balls with cracked pepper are packed with flavour in every bite! Ideal to pack a punch in every soup, stir fry, spaghetti bolognaise or skewer! Also available in 800g packs.

Cooking Instructions
Hakka Beef Balls are fully cooked products. ln order to retain flavour and texture, DO NOT subject the product to boiling with high heat.
1. BOIL: lntroduce frozen beef balls into a pot of boiling water and turn the heat to low. Simmer for 5-6 minutes until products float. Drain water and serve hot.
2. STIR FRY: Stir Fry: Heat 2 tbs of oil in a wok. Slice frozen beef balls in half and add to the wok with your desired sauce, vegetables and accompanying ingredients. Stir fry for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat (or until ready). Serve hot.
3. MICROWAVE (900W): Place frozen beef balls in a bowl of water and heat for 2 minutes on high or until hot. Drain water and serve.
