Cooking Instructions

Hakka meat balls are fully cooked products. ln order to retain flavour and texture, DO NOT subject the product to boiling with high heat. 

1.SIMMER: lntroduce defrosted products into a pot of boiling water & turn the heat to low. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until products float. lf heating from frozen, simmer for 5-6 minutes. Drain water and serve hot.

2.MICROWAVE (900W): Place defrosted products in a bowl of water and heat for 1 - 2 minutes on high or until hot. lf heating from frozen, microwave for 5-6 minutes. Drain water and serve. 

3.STIR FRY: Heat 2 tbs of oil in a wok. Add defrosted products to the wok with your desired sauce, vegetables and accompanying ingredients and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat (or until ready). Serve hot.
