Our beef balls are simply scrumptious, made from beef and tendon to create a unique texture and ‘bite.’ Serve it traditionally in Vietnamese beef noodles soup or as a finger food for something different.

Cooking Instructions
Hakka meat balls are fully cooked products. ln order to retain flavour and texture, DO NOT subject the product to boiling with high heat.
1.SIMMER: lntroduce defrosted products into a pot of boiling water & turn the heat to low. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until products float. lf heating from frozen , simmer for 5-6 minutes. Drain water and serve hot.
2.MICROWAVE (900W): Place defrosted products in a bowl of water and heat for 1 - 2 minutes on high or until hot. lf heating from frozen, microwave for 5-6 minutes. Drain water and serve.
3.STIR FRY: Heat 2 tbs of oil in a wok. Add defrosted products to the wok with your desired sauce, vegetables and accompanying ingredients and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat (or until ready). Serve hot.
