Cooking Instructions

Note: This is a par-cooked product only and further cooking is required prior to consumption.

 Defrost required portion of Hakka Battered Meat overnight in chiller or by microwave. Deep fry in hot oil at approx. 170ºC - 180ºC for approximately 3½ minutes or until fully cooked and golden brown. Drain oil and serve.

2. DEEP FRY FROM FROZEN: Preheat oil to 170ºC - 180ºC. Flash fry Hakka Battered Chicken in 2 batches of 500 g for 1 minute, then set aside for 5 minutes. Deep fry for another 1½-2 minutes or until fully cooked and golden brown. Drain oil and put aside.
