1. DEEP FRY AFTER DEFROSTING: Defrost required portion of Hakka Battered Meat overnight in chiller or by microwave. Deep fry in hot oil at approx. 170ºC - 180ºC for approximately 3½ minutes or until fully cooked and golden brown. Drain oil and serve.
2. DEEP FRY FROM FROZEN: Preheat oil to 170ºC - 180ºC. Flash fry Hakka Battered Chicken in 2 batches of 500 g for 1 minute, then set aside for 5 minutes. Deep fry for another 1½-2 minutes or until fully cooked and golden brown. Drain oil and put aside.
