Cooking Instructions

Do not defrost before cooking

Flash Fry then Deep Fry: Heat cooking oil in large skillet to 180°C, Carefully add frozen minced pork cake 100 g (No thawing) and fry 2 mins, Lift up and rest for 1 min, After that, Continue to fry 1 min or until turn to golden brown, Drain on paper towel and serve.

Note: Extend the frying time if use frozen minced pork cake more than 100g. Note: Cooking times and temperatures may vary according to appliance and portion sizes.
