Cooking Instructions
Do not defrost before cooking
Flash Fry then Deep Fry: Heat oil to 180°C. Carefully add 100g frozen Fish cakes and flash fry for 2 minutes. Rest for 1 minute. When ready to serve, fry for 1 minute or until golden red. Drain on paper towel and serve.
Note: Extend the frying time if preparing more than 100g. Note: Cooking times and temperatures may vary according to appliance and portion sizes.
