Cooking Instructions
Do not defrost before cooking
Flash Fry then Deep Fry (on pack): Heat oil to 180°C. Carefully add frozen crispy pork 100g and flash fry for 2 minutes. Rest for 1 minute. When ready to serve, fry for 1 minute or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Product is ready to use.
Note: Extend the frying time if preparing more than 100g.
