Mapo Fish Tofu



240g Hakka Fish Tofu (diced)
75g minced pork 3
2 pc cooked winter mushroom (diced)
½ tsp red pepper (diced) 
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1 tbsp shallot (chopped) 


1 tsp soy bean sauce 
½ tbsp dark soy sauce 
½ tsp light soy sauce 
1 tsp sesame oil 
½ cup clear chicken broth 
¾ tsp sugar 
1/3 tsp salt 
1 tsp cornflour 
1 tbsp water 



1.Blanch Fish tofu in boiling water. Drain water and set aside.
2.Stir fry minced pork till cooked through. Add in chopped garlic, cooked winter mushroom pieces and seasonings, stir fry over high heat till fragrant. Add in diced fish tofu and cook for 3 minutes.
Thicken the dish with cornflour water, drizzle with sesame oil and chopped shallot. The dish is ready to serve.
For a spicy taste, use red chilli and peppercorn instead of red pepper.
