Chilli Wontons

10 pcs (15g each) Hakka Pork Wontons

Chilli Sauce

1 tbsp (15ml) Minced garlic
3 tbsp (45ml) Soy sauce
1 tbsp (15ml) Sugar
2 tbsp (30ml) Chilli oil
4 tsp (20ml) Balsamic Vinegar
Optional - Coriander to garnish 



1. In a bowl combine and mix the ‘Chilli sauce ingredients’ together until the sugar is fully dissolved then set aside.
2. Bring a saucepanful of water to boil. Then cook Hakka’s pork wontons for 2-3 mins (if thawed) or 4-6 mins (if frozen). They will float to the surface when cooked.
3. Once cooked, remove them using a slotted spoon and transfer into a bowl. Drizzle the chili sauce over the wontons and serve.
