How to fold Wontons
Preparation
1. Remove the packet of wonton pastry from the freezer and thaw it in the wrapper.
2. Remove the wrapper and cover the contents with a clean damp cloth to prevent it from drying up. Use the wonton pastry in individual pieces as required.
