BBQ Pork Mantou Sliders 

{Serves 4 (2 pieces each)}  

Prep Time:  10 mins
Cooking Time: 12 - 35 mins 



1 pack Hakka Plain Mantou 400g
1 piece Hakka BBQ Pork (sliced)
half Cucumber (sliced)

Coleslaw (shredded)

½ Cup Carrot
½ Cup Cucumber
½ Cup  Purple Cabbage


½ Tsp curry powder
3 Tbsp whole egg mayo
salt to taste


Optional Garnish: Snow pea sprouts, coriander


1. Steam mantou over rapidly boiling water for 10 - 15 minutes. (Option: Deep fry for 2-4 minutes after defrosting)
2. Leave to cool for 5 minutes before cutting into halves.
3. Preheat your oven to 180°C and oven bake one piece of Chinese BBQ Pork for approximately 5 minutes (Thawed), 15 minutes (frozen) or till golden and hot.
4. Combine dressing and mix well. Add colesaw and combine with dressing.
5. Slice BBQ Pork and place three pieces onto bottom slices of mantou. Place a slice of cucumber and dollop of coleslaw onto each and add garnish. Pierce top of bun with skewer to hold in place
