Battered Pork or Chicken  Pieces
Selected cuts of pork neck or chicken meat are mixed with traditional spices and a fresh light batter. Partly cooked and individually frozen to capture the flavour, it makes for a highly convenient and fuss free addition to the classic sweet and sour dishes. Battered Pork and Chicken Pieces are either oven baked or deep fried and make an ideal finger food especially when served with a dipping sauce. For an absolutely superb dish you can't go past the Battered Pork and Chicken in traditional sweet and sour, or lemon sauce. Combine with Hokkien Noodles, fresh or frozen blanched vegetables and sauce for a quick, cost effective meal.
 
Roasted Barbecued Pork Neck Meat
Choice cuts of pork neck are marinated overnight with Hoisin Sauce and traditional Chinese BBQ Pork spices. They are then roasted in the oven to perfection to seal in the flavour and goodness before being individually frozen in meal-size packs. Traditionally they are sliced up into pieces as a main dish. A popular accompaniment to rice and noodle dishes.

Meal Bases and Sauces

These Meal Bases are prepared to save time and labour in your kitchen. Rest assured that only prime cuts of meat, only low-fat and gluten-free ingredients are used, and of course there is no added MSG.   Our meal bases provide menu flexibility with a combination of meats and sauces. The individual quick frozen (IQF) technique enables you to use ingredients direct from the freezer in the required quantities - avoiding wastage and gaining the benefit of a long freezer shelf-life. For a consistently authentic Asian Cuisine, Hakka recommend mixing your ingredients with Hakka's traditional Asian Sauces. Varieties are: Mongolian, Black Bean, Sweet & Sour, and other favourite sauces will bring out the best in your Chinese Cuisine. Packed in 1 kg bags, Hakka's sauces are convenient and easy to store.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Add a little oil to wok, stir fry meat until thawed and browned, then
  remove from wok.
2. Add sauce and allow to thaw and simmer.
3. Add your choice of fresh blanched or frozen vegetables together with 
  browned meat to make a complete authentic meal in minutes.
4. Serve with Hakka noodles, rice or fried rice.
