Pork Shiu My is a premium meat product
blended with crunchy water chestnuts and mushrooms, wrapped in a thin Chinese

Cooking Instructions:
Pork Shiu My is traditionally cooked and
served in a bamboo steam pot, but can also be deep fried until golden brown or
served in a soup with vegetables.
